Liability
MP Exterior Cleaning Services maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for your peace of mind. While we take utmost care in providing our services, we cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or connected with our work. Additionally, we are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or latent defects on the property.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client. While we strive to accommodate your needs, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly to make any changes to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Service Considerations
The safety and well-being of both our clients and our team are of utmost importance to MP Exterior Cleaning Services. Therefore, we reserve the right to postpone or discontinue service if conditions at the property are deemed unsafe or inaccessible. This includes situations such as severely damaged structures, the presence of hazardous materials, or extreme weather conditions that pose a risk. We will always communicate openly and work with you to reschedule the service at the earliest opportunity once the conditions improve.
Payment Terms
(Residential window cleaning) Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Regarding late payments, a penalty of £10 will be assessed if payment is not received within 28 days of completion. Subsequent penalty notices, each with the same charge, will be issued every twenty eight days until the outstanding balance is settled (excluding any planned agreements).
We recommend that all new and current window cleaning clients establish a direct debit arrangement to ensure timely payment for services rendered.
Regular window cleaning service terms
When you book our regular cleaning service, we kindly ask that you allow us to clean at least three times. This helps us ensure your satisfaction with the quality and consistency of our work.
If you need to cancel before we've completed three cleans, a small fee may apply. After that, you're welcome to cancel anytime, just give us 48 hours notice before your next scheduled clean.
